TriGate sells 2 office buildings along the Dallas North Tollway in Addison
Dallas-based real estate investment firm TriGate Capital has sold two of its office buildings along the Dallas North Tollway in Addison after holding the buildings for the past six years.
The two buildings were part of a three-building portfolio TriGate Capital acquired in 2010. The original portfolio also included an office building at 14850 Quorum Drive, which was sold last year.
“The timing was just right for TriGate Capital to sell those properties,” Creighton Stark, an investment sales broker with Colliers International’s Dallas office, told the Dallas Business Journal.
Stark and Chris Boyd of Colliers represented TriGate Capital in selling the two buildings to two separate investors. Emerald Plaza, a 74,182-square-foot office building near Beltline Road and the Dallas North Tollway was sold to Grander Capital Partners, which represented itself.
The Landmark, a 158,650-square-foot office building near LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway sold to Libitzky Property Company and Sunwest Real Estate Group, which represented themselves in the deal.
Each of the 1985-era buildings underwent complete renovations in 2010 by TriGate Capital, which also recently purchased a Plano shopping center.
