TriGate Capital Expands Houston Footprint with Strategic Recapitalization of Bellrock Properties

TriGate Capital, LLC, (“TriGate”) a leading real estate investment manager, announced that it recently closed the recapitalization of Bellrock Summer Street and Bellrock Sawyer Yards, located in Houston, TX. The properties, totaling just over 700 units combined, are located within the Lower Heights submarket of infill Houston and are proximate to major employment notes, retail, and restaurants.

TriGate will retain Greystar for leasing and management.

The recapitalization of these two assets mark TriGate’s third and fourth multifamily investments in 2024 and continues TriGate’s strategy of acquiring high-quality assets where the company can add value through capital investment and focused management. TriGate is currently investing its fourth fully discretionary fund and is actively seeking new opportunities.
