TriGate Capital Acquires 35 Acre Grove Residential Land in Charlotte, NC

TriGate Capital and Suncrest jointly acquired a single-family residential land tract in the Charlotte MSA. The Grove is a 35-acre site located in Gastonia, NC, and is entitled for 36 townhomes. 

The site has access to highly rated public schools, will contain a 13 acre private park and has rear loaded garages.  Engineering will be completed in the first year and the project will be marketed “shovel-ready” to builders so they can immediately begin lot construction.
