TriGate Capital Acquires Industrial Complex in St Louis, MO
DALLAS, TEXAS – TriGate Capital has acquired North Warson Business Center, a 317,000 square foot industrial complex located on 17 acres in Creve Coeur, MO, a premier business and residential community within the St. Louis MSA. The purchase reflects TriGate’s appetite for well-located, infill industrial properties at attractive yields and discounts to replacement cost within healthy, institutional markets.
TriGate’s Matt Rooney further commented, “TriGate is excited to further grow its industrial portfolio in a strong market like St. Louis and is currently seeking more acquisition and development opportunities like North Warson. We believe the “main and main” location – proximate to affluent suburbs, the city’s major transportation arteries and the airport – will appeal to all types of tenants over the long term.”
TriGate would like to thank both John Wright of Block Hawley and Marc Cacciarelli of CBRE, who collectively acted as agent on behalf of the Seller.
