TriGate Capital Completes Acquisition of Plaza at Inverness in Englewood, CO
TriGate Capital, LLC closed on the acquisition of Plaza at Inverness on June 27, 2019. Plaza at Inverness is a premier two-building office property totaling 120,171 square feet, constructed in 2000. TriGate will retain CBRE to lease the property; CBRE has leased the property for over 10 years with average historical occupancy equal to approximately 90%. TriGate engaged Rise Commercial Property Services for property and construction management.
Plaza at Inverness is occupied by a diverse roster of tenants with no single tenant occupying more than 7% of the net rentable square footage. The property is located on the west side of the 980-acre Inverness Business Park, situated close to the County Line light rail station and the adjacent 1.6 million sf Park Meadows Mall. The property offers structured parking beneath the building, and on-site conference rooms for tenants.
