TriGate Property Partners V Acquires Grocery Anchored Power Center in Denver MSA
TriGate Capital is pleased to announce that TriGate Property Partners V, LP (TPP V) has completed the acquisition of Bowles Crossing, a 440,431-square-foot, Trader Joe's-anchored shopping center located in the Denver MSA.
TriGate acquired the asset on a direct basis and was drawn to its stable rent roll and strong surrounding demographics. Consistent with the firm's broader strategy, the transaction was sourced through longstanding relationships and executed with a focus on value creation.
This investment reflects the thematic focus of TPP V, which targets opportunities where TriGate can leverage its capital, creativity, and conviction to unlock value across retail, residential, and industrial real estate in the Sunbelt and other strategic markets.
