TriGate Capital Welcomes Ian Morris as Chief Financial Officer

TriGate Capital is pleased to announce that Ian Morris has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 31, 2026. Ian brings 15 years of finance and accounting experience, primarily in the real estate sector, and will oversee TriGate's financial strategy, reporting, and operations as the firm continues to grow its investment platform.

Ian succeeds Jim Vetter, who will retire at the end of 2026 after 18 years of dedicated service to TriGate. Jim and Ian will work closely together over the coming months to ensure a seamless transition, reflecting TriGate's long-standing commitment to thoughtful succession planning and continuity for its investors and partners.
