TriGate Capital Completes Sale of Lakeside Market
DALLAS, TEXAS - TriGate Property Partners, L.P. has sold Lakeside Market, a 162,645 square foot lifestyle center located in Plano, Texas to Whitestone REIT. The transaction was brokered by Razi Mithani of Breeze Realty. The property contained a mix of more than 40 restaurant, fitness and service tenants and is surrounded by some of Dallas’ strongest demographics. HEB grocery recently announced that it will build its first DFW location on the adjacent tract.
