TriGate Property Partners V Acquires 251 Acres in the Charlotte MSA

TriGate Capital is pleased to announce that TriGate Property Partners V, LP has completed the acquisition of approximately 251 acres of residential land in Gastonia, North Carolina, within the greater Charlotte metropolitan area. The investment, “Arcadia”, was made alongside Suncrest, a long-time operating partner, and represents the tenth transaction between the firms and the seventh in the Charlotte market.

The Charlotte MSA continues to demonstrate compelling long-term fundamentals supported by sustained population in-migration, employment growth, and strong housing demand. TriGate believes these dynamics position the market favorably for thoughtfully planned residential development, particularly in well-located submarkets where supply remains constrained.

This investment reflects TriGate’s continued conviction in residential land opportunities within high-growth Sunbelt markets.
