TriGate acquires Nine-Building Office Portfolio in Atlanta, Georgia

DALLAS, TEXAS - TriGate Property Partners IV, L.P. recently closed on the acquisition of a nine-building office portfolio with a total of 430,000 square feet of office space northeast of Atlanta. The buildings are located at District at Chamblee, a 78-acre campus in Chamblee, Georgia. This investment was acquired off-market in a partnership with Parkside Partners.  The new partnership expects the buildings to appeal to tenants seeking office space in highly amenitized, low-rise campus environments with good accessibility. The portfolio is currently 46% leased with leasing activity remaining resilient throughout the pandemic, mostly due to the stable base of government and healthcare tenancy.
