TriGate Capital Sells Retail centers in Columbia, SC and St. Charles, MO

DALLAS, TEXAS –TriGate Capital has sold its Harbison Center and Regency Square retail properties to two different buyers. Harbison Center is a regional retail center located in Columbia, SC comprising 187,975 square feet. The property was sold to a private buyer with extensive experience in the southeast for $25.75mm. Regency Square is a Walmart shadow anchored retail center located in St. Charles County, MO. The center, comprising 49,155 square feet, was sold to a private buyer headquartered in St. Louis for $5.98mm.
