TriGate Capital and Tower Realty Partners sell Orlando Office Building

DALLAS, TEXAS – Dallas based TriGate Capital, a leading real estate investment manager focused on the recapitalization and repositioning of real estate assets and companies, in conjunction with operating partner, Tower Realty Partners, sold the final building of the joint venture’s portfolio in Lake Mary, Florida.

John Mearns, Senior Vice President at TriGate said: “This building sale represented a full turn of our investment, which included a significant renovation of various external portions of the buildings, significant upgrades to the site, re-leasing of portions of the buildings and two separate building sales.”

Ronald J. Rogg and Chip Wooten of CBRE represented the partnership in the property sale.
