Mr. McMillen is an Investment Analyst with TriGate. As an analyst, Mr. McMillen is responsible for assisting with the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities and providing support to asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. McMillen interned at PwC Financial Markets in New York City. While there, he performed valuation and capital advisory services for institutional real estate investors. Prior to this role, Mr. McMillen interned at Clairmont Capital Group in Los Angeles where he assisted in the underwriting of Co-GP investments in multifamily and industrial assets.
Mr. McMillen attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate Certificate from the McCombs School of Business.
