Mr. Aultz is TriGate’s Chief Investment Officer and Co-President where he is responsible for leading the company’s investment strategy and management of the acquisition team. Since joining TriGate in 2010, Mr. Aultz has been integrally involved in sourcing, structuring, executing and managing commercial real estate opportunities for the company and its investment vehicles. Mr. Aultz has experience developing and investing in all major property types across a broad geographic footprint, both on a direct basis and with operating partners. Additionally, Mr. Aultz oversees certain TriGate operating company investments.
Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Aultz worked at Brian Gibbs Development, a real estate development firm focusing on multifamily properties. While there, he specialized in underwriting new multifamily development opportunities and assisted in managing existing properties.
Mr. Aultz has both a B.S. in Management and Masters in Finance from Tulane University, where he focused on real estate and the oil and gas industry.
