Mr. Henry is an Investment Analyst with TriGate Capital. As an Analyst, Mr. Henry is responsible for assisting with the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities and providing support to asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Henry held internship positions with JLL's Capital Markets Team in Miami, FL and HighBrook Investors in West Palm Beach, FL. Throughout these internships Mr. Henry gained experience in acquisitions and capital markets analytics. His background spans multiple property types, including industrial, multifamily, retail, and office, and has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment and valuation.
Mr. Henry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami's Herbert School of Business.
