Mr. Pettle is an Investment Analyst with TriGate. As an Analyst, Mr. Pettle is responsible for assisting with the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities and providing support to asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Pettle worked as an analyst on the capital markets team at Lincoln Property Company in the Dallas and Austin offices. During his time at Lincoln, Mr. Pettle helped support debt and equity raising efforts for various development projects. In his role, he assisted in the underwriting of Lincoln’s investments in office, multifamily, industrial, and data center assets.
Mr. Pettle attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Business Administration.
