Mr. Frantz is an Associate with TriGate. As an Associate, Mr. Frantz is responsible for assisting with the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities and providing support to asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Frantz interned at JLL Capital Markets in San Francisco. While there, he worked with both the debt placement and investment advisory teams.
Mr. Frantz attended Southern Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the Cox School of Business.
