TriGate Capital Sells Three Property Portfolio in Austin, Texas

DALLAS, TEXAS – A joint-venture between TriGate Capital and Brennan Investment Group sold the final property in a three building, flex industrial portfolio located in Austin, TX. The portfolio, comprising 137,635 square feet, was sold to two different buyers.

TriGate’s Senior Vice President, John Mearns, commented, “One buyer was institutional and the other was a local operator/investor.  The active leasing market drove the sales.  TriGate signed a new 10,000 sf lease just prior to sale and there was substantial interest in the remaining vacancy during the sales process.”
