TriGate Capital Purchases Shopping Center in Edmond, OK

DALLAS, TEXAS – TriGate Capital has acquired Bryant Square – a 265,606 square foot shopping center – in
Edmond, OK, the most affluent city in the Oklahoma City MSA. Bryant Square sits on 29 acres and is
located at the intersection of two major thoroughfares – Bryant Ave. & 2nd Street. The intersection sees
54,000+ vehicles per day and is anchored by a collection of national retailers including: Target, Lowe’s,
Walmart Neighborhood Market, and Walgreens in addition to the Property’s major anchors of Stein Mart,
Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta, Old Navy and Petco.

TriGate’s Senior Vice President, Keith Schneider, commented, “Bryant Square is a first class shopping

coupled with the outstanding tenant lineup created an attractive buying opportunity for TriGate in today’s
market.”

TriGate purchased the Property through its current investment vehicle – TriGate Property Partners III, LLC
– which closed fundraising in 2016 with $340 million of equity commitments. Ryan Shore and Barry Brown
of HFF represented the seller, InvenTrust Properties, in the transaction.
