Adam Aultz

Mr. Aultz is an Investment Analyst at TriGate. He works with the investment team to analyze acquisition opportunities and assist in the asset management of existing investments.

Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Aultz worked at Brian Gibbs Development, a real estate development firm focusing on multifamily properties. While there, he specialized in underwriting new multifamily development opportunities and assisted in managing existing properties. Prior to this role, Mr. Aultz interned at Merrill Lynch where he researched various markets and new investments for the Global Wealth Management department. Mr. Aultz also has equity analysis experience, specifically focusing on the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Aultz has both a B.S. in Management and Masters in Finance from Tulane University, where he focused on real estate and the oil and gas industry.
