Mr. Griffith is the Finance Associate and Controller of TriGate and has a background in multifamily real estate development as well as public accounting.

Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Griffith was the Controller at Telesis Corporation, a real estate developer in Washington D.C. specializing in low income housing tax credit financed developments. Mr. Griffith was in charge of all accounting activities including financial reporting as well as managing the development of new projects. Prior to Telesis, Mr. Griffith was a Senior Associate at Reznick Group, a public accounting firm. Experiences included audit and tax work for a variety of clients with a focus on real estate developers and partnerships.

Mr. Griffith has a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from George Washington University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
